• Chest pressure lasting more than 15 minutes
• Pain spreading to left arm, shoulder or jaw
• Breathlessness with chest discomfort
• Sweating, nausea or dizziness

Book Appointment If:

• Breathlessness on mild exertion
• Palpitations or fast heartbeat
• Leg swelling or unexplained fatigue

Annual Check If:

• Age 40+ with diabetes, BP or high cholesterol
• Family history of heart disease before age 60
